First of all, we would like to thank you for buying with us..these are the rules and regulations you must adhere to in order to have a transparent relationship between us.

•   The Product once sold will not be taken back unless it has any manufacturing defect.

• The Item bought must be in perfect condition; any damaged piece will not be taken back neither the money will be refunded.

• The battery is under the replaceable guarantee of 1.5 years.

• The Motor, Charger, Controller are in single year guarantee.

• The electrical items should be handle carefully and try to prevent direct interaction with water.

• Any issues are subject to Vadodara jurisdiction only.
